Step 1
Before installation please inject new grease for the bearing. Make
sure that the new grease is injected easily without too much resistance.
Then make sure that this new grease exits from the bearing's surface
only.
In addition, if you are using piping or tubing please inject grease
through the piping or tubing. Then follow the above process.
Before installation the grease cup must be
full with grease. Use good quality grease that does not melt or
becomes wet. ( NLGI 00,0,1,2,3 ) |

Step 2
To take apart the grease cup form the body, turn the body clockwise and
the grease cup counter-clockwise. (left-hand thread) |

Step 3
To remove the grease cup's outlet plug, pull it off. |
|
|

Step 4
To install the positioning cap (P-151C) for grease refilling, twist on
the cap counter-clockwise and the grease cup clockwise. |
|
|
|

Step 5
To install the grease nipple adapter (P-400G) to the grease cup's outlet,
twist on the adapter clockwise.
*P-400G is an optional accessory. |

|

Step 6
Use a grease gun or other drive to fill grease into the grease cup through
the nipple until the grease cup is full of grease.
*When the piston is at the full position, just reaching the positioning
cap, and a little grease has flowed out from the two openings for air
relief from the grease cup, then the volume content is 150ml.
Notice
: After refilling the grease in the grease cup, you must make sure the
piston has reached the "TOP" position.
