  • The  QMAX pin hole testing machine for the rubber gloves industry is designed to test every glove 100% automatically before packing. Latex, nitrile surgical and examination gloves can be tested.
  • Running cost is low. Maximum power requirement is only 0.5 kw. Air consumption is very much lower than manual testing.

  • This is a production line testing machine capable of testing up to 2700 gloves an hour operated by 2 low-skill workers, and designed for 24-hours operation.

  • The QMAX is PC controlled. The gloves are sorted and ejected into 3 bins, the passed, failed and borderline bins.
